Based on the above analysis, we believe that the implementation of the following aspects provides the necessary conditions for the successful transformation and operation of the paper machine:
1. The modification of the shoe press device greatly improves the dewatering efficiency of the paper sheet, is conducive to the solidification of the paper web, and enables the paper web to obtain better strength before drying, thus enabling the press section to obtain better operating performance and greatly reducing the water content in the paper web. The effective implementation of this device can not only lay a foundation for the subsequent paper machine to speed up, but also greatly save the steam consumption of the subsequent drying cadres
2. The successful application of the film transfer sizing device precisely controls the sizing amount through the metering rod. The metering rod is pressurized by air bag to ensure good contact and uniform linear pressure between the metering rod and the sizing roller. In this way, after the speed of the paper machine is increased, the paper breaking is significantly reduced, and the operation stability and paper quality of the paper machine are improved.
3. The number of VAC single hanging drying cylinders has been increased on the basis of the original number of front and rear drying cylinders of the paper machine, and VAC paper stabilizing ventilators and paper stabilizing ventilation systems have been equipped, thus greatly improving the stability of the paper machine operation;
4. The heat preservation and airtightness of the airtight hood of the dryer have been thoroughly improved, creating a good operating environment of high temperature and high humidity for the paper machine to speed up its operation;
5. The test data of the paper machine heat recovery system and the turbine heat recovery system show that the waste heat of the paper machine exhaust and the turbine exhaust is effectively recycled, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the paper machine.
