Starting from February 4, 2022 (the fourth day of the first month), our company has overcome such unfavorable factors as lack of design data, limited on-site installation conditions, tight construction period and complicated tasks, and successfully completed the installation and commissioning of PM2 paper machine hood and ventilation system project of Guangdong Qiaoyu Paper Industry Co., Ltd. after more than three months. At present, the paper machine operates stably at 640m ~ 660m / min. At the end of June 2022, our company carried out comprehensive performance test on the whole transformation system. The basic information is as follows:
From the analysis of the collected operation data of the paper machine, we believe that the transformation of the PM2 paper machine has basically achieved the original expected goal, which is shown in the following aspects:
1. The current running speed of the paper machine is stable at about 640 ~ 660m / min; According to the current configuration of each system, the paper machine is expected to speed up to 800 ~ 850m / min.
2. During the operation of the paper machine, the paper breaking phenomenon is obviously reduced;
3. The paper quality is high, and the transverse moisture of the paper web is relatively uniform;
4. After the transformation, each system cooperates smoothly; According to the ventilation system data during operation, there is at least 25% ~ 30% margin adjustment for the air supply system, exhaust system and heating system, which provides necessary conditions for further speed-up and production increase of the paper machine in the future.
Based on the above analysis, we believe that the implementation of the following aspects provides the necessary conditions for the successful transformation and operation of the paper machine:
1. The modification of the shoe press device greatly improves the dewatering efficiency of the paper sheet, is conducive to the solidification of the paper web, and enables the paper web to obtain better strength before drying, thus enabling the press section to obtain better operating performance and greatly reducing the water content in the paper web. The effective implementation of this device can not only lay a foundation for the subsequent paper machine to speed up, but also greatly save the steam consumption of the subsequent drying cadres
2. The successful application of the film transfer sizing device precisely controls the sizing amount through the metering rod. The metering rod is pressurized by air bag to ensure good contact and uniform linear pressure between the metering rod and the sizing roller. In this way, after the speed of the paper machine is increased, the paper breaking is significantly reduced, and the operation stability and paper quality of the paper machine are improved.
3. The number of VAC single hanging drying cylinders has been increased on the basis of the original number of front and rear drying cylinders of the paper machine, and VAC paper stabilizing ventilators and paper stabilizing ventilation systems have been equipped, thus greatly improving the stability of the paper machine operation;
4. The heat preservation and airtightness of the airtight hood of the dryer have been thoroughly improved, creating a good operating environment of high temperature and high humidity for the paper machine to speed up its operation;
5. The test data of the paper machine heat recovery system and the turbine heat recovery system show that the waste heat of the paper machine exhaust and the turbine exhaust is effectively recycled, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the paper machine.
