The double mesh forming part is composed of a hydraulic headbox with a transverse quantitative adjustment device for dilution water, a wedge-shaped closed dewatering area with a static panel for upper and lower symmetrical dewatering, a pressurized dewatering tank device and a tensioning, correcting and cleaning device for upper and mesh, etc constituent;
The pressing part is composed of a group of vacuum preloading, a group of vacuum pressing and a group of high impulse wide pressing zone pressing. This structure fully considers the pressing characteristics of the pulp machine, and ensures that the pulp board can get better dehydration in this part;
The drying section of the pulp board adopts the principle of air floatation and non-contact drying. Hot air ejected from the upper and lower boxes impacts the paper surface to provide energy and heat to dry the paper and produce air cushion to support the paper operation.
Low energy consumption, steam consumption ≤ 1.3t /ADT, power consumption ≤ 120kW.h /ADT
